Loan approval outcomes, approved credit limits, loan terms, fee structures, and other lending conditions are determined solely by the Lending Partner in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and its internal risk assessment results.

2. Privacy Commitment

We and our Lending Partner highly value the privacy rights of our users (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "Data Subject", or "you") and are fully committed to protecting all personal data and privacy assets entrusted to us. We strictly pledge to manage, process, and protect the personal information collected from users in a responsible, lawful, fair, and transparent manner. Before you formally register as a user of this Application and continue to use any of its services, please read this Privacy Policy carefully and completely.

This Privacy Policy is designed to explain to our current and potential users our policies regarding the collection, use, storage, processing, disclosure, profiling, and protection of your personal information when you use this Application and its related services, as well as your statutory privacy rights under the law. We will only collect your personal information if it is necessary and relevant to our transactions with you. We will strictly use the data provided by you only within the scope described in this Privacy Policy and for specific authorized purposes.

To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we have implemented appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures that comply with industry standards, and we continuously upgrade our information security technologies for this purpose. The duration for which we retain your information is strictly limited to the extent permitted and required by law, or the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected.

Legal Compliance and Regulatory Framework

This Privacy Policy has been systematically and rigorously designed to strictly comply with all relevant laws, decrees, circulars, and compliance guidelines of the Republic of the Philippines. This Policy is fully aligned with the following regulatory frameworks:

1.Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) promulgated by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

2.NPC Circular Nos. 20-01 and 2022-02, regarding the compliance guidelines for personal data processing by Online Lending Platforms (OLPs), which strictly restrict and regulate the lawful boundaries of a loan app's access to mobile device permissions.

3.Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Memorandum Circular No. 19, Series of 2019, regarding the disclosure and transparency requirements for the identity and advertising of Online Lending Platforms.

4.SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, Series of 2019 and Memorandum Circular No. 5, Series of 2023, regarding mandatory prohibitions against unfair, harassing, abusive, coercive, and fraudulent debt collection practices.

5.Republic Act No. 9510, otherwise known as the Credit Information System Act (CISA), regarding the statutory requirement for financial institutions to mandatorily report basic credit and repayment data to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC).

6.Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and record-keeping standards for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) as mandated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

I. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DIVISION OF ROLES

To provide users with the highest standard of regulatory transparency, the specific responsibilities and roles of the Company (Platform Technology Operator) and the Lending Partner (Actual Lender/Funding Entity) in personal data processing, account management, and loan transactions are clearly defined as follows:

1. The Company (ALEGIAN TECHNOLOGY GROUP LTD., INC.) — Technology and Platform Operator

●Data Processor and Joint Controller: The Company is responsible for the technical deployment of the front-end digital interface of this Application, network transmission stability, the application of secure cryptographic transmission protocols (SSL/TLS), and the security architecture of the back-end technical infrastructure. We design the front-end interface to capture user inputs and securely package and transmit the encrypted data to the Lending Partner without latency.

●Front-line Technical Anti-Fraud and Account Management: The Company utilizes automated data algorithms, device fingerprinting, and other technical means to manage your user account registration, thereby intercepting and preventing malicious multi-account registrations, hacker attacks, bot-driven bulk applications, and programmatic identity theft.

●Front-line Customer Support: The Company operates the customer service center for this Application. Through the official support email support@alegiantech.com and the in-app online chat system, we preliminarily accept and verify basic user data inquiries, data rectification requests, and platform-related technical complaints, facilitating internal cross-entity routing.

2. Lending Partner (Easycash Lending Company Inc.) — Lender and Funding Entity

●Primary Personal Information Controller (PIC): As a non-bank financial institution licensed by the Philippine SEC, the Lending Partner is the statutory credit underwriting entity behind this Application. It independently owns, defines, and operates its proprietary credit assessment models, risk pricing matrices, underwriting rules, and automated credit scoring systems.

●Loan Lifecycle Control: The Lending Partner reserves the sole statutory authority to make final decisions on the approval, reduction, or rejection of credit applications, compute loan interest and fee structures pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act (R.A. 3765), govern the disbursement of funds through authorized third-party financial intermediaries, and manage daily account clearing and reconciliation.

●Regulatory Compliance and Statutory Reporting Entity: As a regulated financial entity, the Lending Partner independently bears the responsibility of reporting your historical repayment credit files to the CIC credit database in accordance with the law. Furthermore, in cases involving major financial cybercrimes or triggering anti-money laundering thresholds, it is responsible for submitting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the AMLC and cooperating with law enforcement agencies.

II. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you register an account with this Application or use our products and services through our App or official website, you may be requested to provide necessary personal information to establish your true identity (KYC), conduct risk assessments, and fulfill statutory obligations.

In strict compliance with the NPC compliance guidelines for Online Lending Platforms (OLPs), we strictly implement the principles of "data minimization" and "proportionality." Subject to your explicit opt-in and consent, the categories of personal data we collect and process are strictly limited to the following:

1. Identity and Basic Demographic Information

The User's legal full name, government-issued identification type and card number, date of birth, place of birth, age, gender, marital status, nationality, religion, and educational background.

2. Valid Government-Issued Identification Documents

To satisfy national anti-money laundering compliance reviews, the User must upload clear images and card numbers of valid, government-issued photo identification documents. Accepted IDs include, but are not limited to: Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Social Security System ID (SSS), Tax Identification Number (TIN), Driver's License, Philippine Passport, Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID), or Professional Regulation Commission ID (PRC ID).

3. Biometric and Liveness Verification Data

During the registration and KYC review process, the Application will request access to your camera to capture a real-time facial selfie. This data is exclusively used to cross-match the applicant's real-time facial features with the submitted government ID photo to verify identity authenticity and prevent identity fraud driven by AI-synthesized deepfakes or unauthorized third-party photos.

4. Contact and Communication Data

The mobile phone number currently in use by you and activated via an SMS one-time password (OTP), alternative contact numbers (if any), and your verified email address.

5. Financial, Employment, and Income Background Data

The User's employment status (full-time, part-time, self-employed), full legal name of the employer, detailed office address, fixed corporate contact numbers, monthly net income range, source of income, specific pay dates, and years of service; as well as the bank account name, bank account number, or registered local e-wallet identifiers (such as GCash or Maya account details) used for disbursement and automated repayment channels, and any outstanding credit obligations you hold with other financial institutions.

6. Mobile Device Technical Data

When you open or run this Application, the system automatically collects basic technical parameters of your device for system information security and risk defense. This includes: Internet Protocol (IP) address, device brand and hardware model, device name, operating system type and version, system language settings, geographic country or region, browser User-Agent, current network connection type (e.g., Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G), and battery level and status information. This technical data is programmatically processed and exclusively utilized to intercept hacking tools, app-cloning/multi-accounting software, and virtual machine environments.

7. References (Emergency Contacts) and Contact Lists

When submitting a loan application, you are required to manually and voluntarily input the names, relationship categories, and active mobile phone numbers of specific references (typically 3 to 5 emergency contacts) into the interface form. You hereby make an explicit warranty and guarantee to us and our Lending Partner: that prior to submitting the names and contact details of these third parties, you have genuinely and fully obtained the explicit, informed, and prior consent of all such individuals, permitting their data to be shared with us for background authenticity verification and emergency contact purposes.

III. CHANNELS AND SOURCES OF DATA COLLECTION

We collect your personal data and privacy information through the following lawful channels:

1.Direct Input and Submission by the User within the App: Data filled out and uploaded by you directly on the front-end interface during account registration, profile completion, ID uploading, and loan application.

2.Account Behavior Log Analysis: Interactive behavioral data and transaction records generated automatically by the system based on how you use, manage, and operate your account within this Application.

3.Government and Statutory Public Registries: Supplementary verification data retrieved through lawful channels from government regulatory bodies, credit bureaus, registries, or compliant third-party identity verification platforms, to the extent permitted by law.

4.Website and Digital Technology Tracking: Device IP addresses and basic access configurations collected through server logs, secure Cookies, or similar web beacon tracking technologies when you visit our official website or activate the mobile application.

We reserve the right to request the submission of further supplementary materials (such as physical payslips) to verify the authenticity of the information you have filled out.

IV. DEVICE PERMISSION ACQUISITION

To ensure the normal operation of this Application, fulfill statutory KYC obligations, optimize advertising attribution, and mitigate money laundering and multi-account credit fraud, this Application may request access to the following specific permissions on your smartphone operating system when necessary. We enforce strict industry boundaries regarding the retrieval of these permissions, fully adhering to the compliance standards of NPC Circular Nos. 20-01 and 2022-02:

1. Geographic Location (GPS Location) Permission

●Access Boundary: The system will only invoke your real-time GPS coordinates while you open and actively use this Application (i.e., "only while using the app").

●Purpose of Use: Strictly used to verify that the applicant is currently physically located within the territory of the Philippines and to check whether their real-time geographical location matches the declared residential/office address, thereby blocking cross-regional fraud by hacking syndicates. We strictly prohibit any form of continuous or silent background location tracking.

2. Contacts Permission

●Access Boundary: Before you submit your loan application, the system will scan/read your contact list subject to a single, explicit pop-up authorization granted by you.

●Purpose of Use: This permission is strictly used to evaluate the applicant's risk profile regarding multi-account correlations, perform anti-fraud risk modeling, and cross-verify the existence and authenticity of the "References (Emergency Contacts)" you manually provided.

●Compliance Commitment: We solemnly pledge that the contact information collected by this Application is used solely for credit underwriting and fraud screening. It is absolutely forbidden to use, and we will never use, your contact list for unauthorized debt collection, malicious harassment, "contact list bombing," or any other illegal debt recovery practices.

3. Camera Permission

●Access Boundary: Triggered only when you actively perform account registration, complete KYC profiles, or undergo secondary identity verification, specifically for capturing your real-time facial selfie and scanning government IDs.

●Purpose of Use: Liveness detection and identity-to-document verification. We promise never to silently or secretly activate your camera in the background.

4. Advertising Identifier (IDFA/GAID) Permission

●Access Boundary: This Application may read your Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Google Advertising ID (GAID).

●Purpose of Use: 1. Advertising Attribution and Optimization: To track and analyze the advertising performance and installation conversion rates of this Application across major mainstream media channels (e.g., Google, Facebook).

2. Device Fingerprinting Risk Control: To combine this with other technical device data to form a unique device fingerprint used to flag and trace fraudulent devices, thereby intercepting bulk account farming and multi-account loan fraud via emulators.

●Compliance Commitment: We use advertising identifiers strictly for the aforementioned internal attribution and risk control purposes. We will never sell, lease, or share your personal behavioral preferences with any unrelated third-party data brokers.

5. Right to Revoke at Any Time

You maintain absolute control at all times and can actively turn off any or all of the aforementioned hardware permissions at any time through your mobile phone system settings (typically via Settings -> App Management -> Permissions). Once your loan is successfully disbursed, disabling these permissions will not affect your access to core functionalities such as viewing bills, making online payments, or generating repayment barcodes.

V. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Throughout the entire lifecycle of your business interaction with us, we and our Lending Partner have the right to use, process, cross-match, analyze, or disclose your personal data to specific affiliates for the following authorized, lawful purposes (hereinafter referred to as "Authorized Purposes"). These purposes constitute the baseline for our execution of the service contract and our compliance with national laws:

1.Identity Verification and KYC: To verify the authenticity of your identity and prevent impersonation or identity theft through automated device fingerprinting and liveness checks, and to fulfill mandatory statutory screening against Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and international asset forfeiture sanction watchlists.

2.Credit Evaluation and Risk Modeling: To perform credit background checks, credit scoring, and risk investigations, evaluating your repayment willingness and financial capacity via big data and risk decision models to determine loan approvals and customize loan principal caps, interest structures, and repayment tenures.

3.Security Protection and Account Management: To maintain, manage, and protect the security of your registered account within this Application, transmit One-Time Passwords (OTPs) required for login or transaction authorizations, and monitor potential unauthorized account access or account hijacking.

4.Business Communications and Customer Interactions: To maintain seamless communication with you, transmitting account or loan order status updates, repayment due date bill reminders, and official Statements of Account (SOA) via SMS, system push notifications, or emails, responding to your routine inquiries, and handling complaints and disputes.

5.Historical Credit Record Archiving: To archive your complete borrowing and repayment history on this platform as personal references and as qualification proofs for future applications for credit limit increases or interest rate reductions.

6.Marketing and Promotional Activities (Requires Separate Opt-in): Subject to your voluntary consent, to conduct marketing tracking based on advertising identifiers and other data, transmitting the latest wealth management, loan promotions, discount codes, and third-party value-added service product information from the Company, our affiliates, or strategic business partners.

7.Prevention of Fraud and Cybercrime: To identify, detect, investigate, and intercept fraud, cyber scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal criminal activities.

8.Debt Recovery and Contract Enforcement: In the event of default and delinquency by the borrower, to recover outstanding debts and exercise contractual recovery rights.

9.Cooperation with National Regulatory Audits: To satisfy any requirements under laws, regulations, judicial subpoenas, regulatory investigations, audit notices, and administrative mandates issued by government regulatory bodies (such as the SEC, NPC, and BSP).

VI. DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We consistently maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding our users' personal data. Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, and to continuously, efficiently, and seamlessly provide you with credit products, you hereby express your awareness and grant us explicit consent to share, disclose, or jointly process your personal data with the following necessary third-party entities within or outside the Philippines, provided such sharing is relevant to your loan transaction:

1.Internal and Affiliated Stakeholders: Our employees, authorized agents, holding parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates under the same holding framework. This sharing is strictly and solely used for group-wide user identity recognition, cross-business customer service technical support, internal compliance audits, and unified corporate risk control.

2.Third-Party Technology and Service Providers: Contracted professional vendors performing specific outsourced functions on our behalf. This includes cloud server operators hosting infrastructure, AI technology vendors providing the aforementioned OCR and smart customer service systems, telecom gateway providers transmitting verification codes, ad-tracking SDK providers, professional risk management consultancies, and legitimate third-party debt collection agencies assisting with maliciously overdue bills.

3.Statutory Credit Bureaus and Rating Agencies: National and local credit reporting agencies and credit rating reference bodies. This specifically includes the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) established pursuant to Republic Act No. 9510, with whom information is shared exclusively for identity verification, statutory credit data reporting, risk review, and credit system development.

4.Guarantors and Transaction Security Providers: Any guarantor, co-borrower, or collateral provider (if any) involved in providing financial services to you, with such sharing occurring only when implementing security measures or ensuring transaction safety and where deemed necessary.

5.National Judicial, Administrative, and Regulatory Authorities: The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other government, administrative, or judicial adjudicative bodies holding jurisdiction. Disclosures occur strictly when mandated by law, compliance audit checks, statutory obligations, or in response to lawful judicial subpoenas and search warrants.

6.Enforcement of Contractual Rights and Legal Protections: In scenarios involving severe user default, malicious fraud, or contractual disputes where it is necessary to defend the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and our Lending Partner, necessary data may be disclosed to external law firms, arbitrators, and mediation bodies assisting with legal affairs.

7.Statutory Successors, Assignees, and Restructuring Participants: In the context of our transactions with you, any actual or potential rights recipient, transferee, or asset-assuming entity in the event of future corporate mergers, asset restructurings, share transfers, bankruptcy liquidations, or the wholesale legal assignment of loan receivables to other third-party financial entities.

⚠️ Commitment to Philippine Compliant Collection and the Privacy Boundary

Pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18 (Series of 2019), SEC Memorandum Circular No. 5 (Series of 2023), and the strict regulatory mandates of the National Privacy Commission, we, our Lending Partner, and any contracted third-party collection agencies or debt recovery agents are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unfair, harassing, abusive, violently intimidating, or fraudulent actions during any payment reminders and collection efforts.

Although we obtain your contact list authorization during the risk control phase, we hereby make an ironclad legal commitment: we will never contact any third party in your contact list who has not been explicitly designated as a specific reference or guarantor; we will never engage in collection efforts by spamming or harassing friends in your address book; we will never disclose your borrowing privacy, days past due, or debt status to your relatives, colleagues, or other unrelated third parties; we resolutely eliminate any form of public shaming, threats, verbal insults, impersonation of judicial authorities, or high-frequency phone harassment at non-compliant hours. If any internal personnel violate this red line, the User has the right to gather evidence and demand immediate disciplinary action from our Data Protection Officer (DPO), while retaining the right to lodge a formal legal complaint with the NPC and SEC.

VII. STORAGE, RETENTION, AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Technical Security Protection Measures

We will adopt physical, administrative, and technical defenses that comply with current data protection laws, industry best practices, and the requirements of this Policy to securely safekeep, store, and protect the personal information and data under our control. The defenses we implement include, but are not limited to: comprehensive network transport layer security cryptographic protocols (SSL/TLS), advanced cluster encryption for databases at rest (AES-256), highly isolated firewall blocking systems, multi-factor authentication (MFA) for internal access, and strict role-based access controls (RBAC) for internal data. We also regularly arrange for external cybersecurity experts to conduct quarterly Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on our systems to prevent unauthorized hacker access, unlawful collection, tampering, leaks, copying, or destruction.

2. Statutory Data Retention Period

Your personal information, registration data, facial imagery, and full repayment transaction history will be stored on highly protected, secure third-party cloud storage servers. To serve the "Authorized Purposes" stipulated in this Policy and strictly comply with the mandatory statutory retention timelines for financial and tax records enforced by the BSP, the AMLA, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), your relevant data will be fully retained throughout the period your account remains active. Following the complete settlement and termination of your loan contract, core relevant records will continue to be securely stored in our systems for up to ten (10) years. This duration is established to support the institution, exercise, or defense of legal claims in the event of disputes, aligning with prevailing industry compliance retention standards.

3. Secure and Complete Destruction

When retention is no longer permitted by law, when the statutory ten-year duration expires, when we have reasonable grounds to suspect the data was unlawfully obtained or has become obsolete, or when you exercise your statutory right to erasure, we will destroy the aforementioned personal data using thorough, secure, and irreversible technical methods. All physical media materials will be physically shredded, cut, or incinerated; all privacy records in electronic databases will be permanently purged (sanitization) or undergoes complete de-identification and anonymization. These micro-technical measures ensure that the disposed data reaches an irreversible state both physically and logically, making it completely unrecoverable and impossible to re-identify with any specific natural person.

VIII. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND ACCOUNT DELETION

1. Withdrawal of Your Privacy Consent

You may express your objection or withdraw your prior authorization regarding our continued collection, use, processing, or analysis of your personal data at any time under valid and justified circumstances by sending a formal email to our customer support at support@alegiantech.com. This serves as your official channel to disable or modify permissions previously granted to us and this Application (including turning off authorized location or contact permissions).

However, we must explicitly alert you: withdrawing certain necessary privacy authorizations may directly result in our inability to further process your credit application, or adversely impact our comprehensive evaluation of your credit standing and risk profile. In such scenarios, we and our Lending Partner explicitly reserve all lawful rights, defenses, and remedial counter-measures granted under the law.

2. Self-Service Account Deletion Path

If you decide to permanently cease using our products and services and wish to purge all your data on this platform, you may achieve this through the following two pathways:

●In-App Self-Service Deletion Path: You may log into this Application, directly click and navigate to Profile -> Account Settings -> Delete Account, and follow the front-end interactive prompts of the system to independently initiate and finalize the permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

●Manual Deletion Application Path: Alternatively, you may submit a written deletion application email directly from your registered email address to our official inbox at support@alegiantech.com. To ensure the authenticity of the request and prevent malicious deletions by third parties, we will require you to provide your registered name, a valid government ID card number, and related identification credentials for authentication upon receipt of the email. Subject to passing verification and satisfying the settlement restrictions detailed below, our back-end technical team will permanently close your account and delete relevant data.

3. Unsettled Debt Restrictions

●Critical Notice and Legal Restrictions: Users must explicitly note that if you still hold any active, outstanding, past-due, or unsettled loan principals, interest, late penalties, or other financial contractual obligations with our Lending Partner (Easycash Lending Company Inc.), your right to exercise "account deletion," "withdrawal of privacy authorization," or "request for personal information erasure" shall be conditionally restricted and deferred according to law and contract.

Until all your outstanding borrowing covenants and economic obligations are fully performed, cleared, and wound up, we and our Lending Partner retain full, absolute legal rights under the protection of the Data Privacy Act, Anti-Money Laundering laws, and Contract law to continue lawfully retaining, processing, and utilizing your basic identity, contact details, reference data, and collection-related records until the financial contractual dispute is completely resolved.

IX. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) vests you with absolute and inalienable statutory privacy rights as a Data Subject. This Application, the Company, and our Lending Partner fully respect and guarantee your following rights, which must also be equally honored by any third-party entities with whom data is shared:

1.Right to be Informed: You have the right to confirm whether your personal data is being systematically collected, processed, shared, transferred to third parties, or subjected to automated profiling, and you have the right to be informed of the scope and logic of such processing.

2.Right to Access: You have the right to request, within reasonable boundaries, that we provide you with a clear duplicate copy of your personal profiles and credit data under our control.

3.Right to Rectification/Correction: If you discover that any personal data we hold about you is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, misleading, or erroneous, you may request immediate correction and rectification by updating your account directly or submitting a formal written request to us.

4.Right to Object or Withdraw Consent: You have the right to object to or withdraw your consent from the processing of your information for non-core business purposes, such as promotions, marketing, and commercial profiling. Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will cease such non-essential processing, except where processing is mandated by law, judicial subpoenas, or anti-money laundering administrative orders.

5.Right to Erasure or Blocking: Provided your loan contract is fully settled, the statutory anti-money laundering retention period has lapsed, and there is no longer any lawful business correlation, you have the right, based on legitimate grounds, to order the permanent deletion, destruction, suspension, or blocking of your personal privacy data from our systems.

6.Right to Data Portability & Damages: You have the right to obtain a copy of your core personal data in a secure, commonly used, structured electronic format to facilitate its transfer to other financial institutions; you also hold the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data, in violation of the DPA.

7.Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Regulator: If you possess conclusive evidence that we or our Lending Partner have infringed upon your lawful privacy rights during data processing, and the matter has failed to be reasonably resolved through our customer support channels, you have the right to directly lodge a formal legal complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

X. PROTECTION OF MINORS' PRIVACY

Our digital lending infrastructure and financial underwriting platform strictly prohibit registration or use by minors. We do not knowingly offer loan services to, nor do we knowingly solicit or collect any personal privacy data from, any individual under the age of eighteen (18).

If you are a parent or a legal guardian and you become aware or reasonably suspect that your minor child has bypassed our identity verification systems by misrepresenting their age without your consent and has submitted personal data to us, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details provided below. Once we verify that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor under 18 years of age, we will take immediate steps within forty-eight (48) hours to permanently purge such information from our servers and active databases.

XI. UPDATES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Consequent to the evolution of Philippine financial regulatory policies, amendments to applicable laws and regulations, or upgrades to our technical information security frameworks, the Company and our Lending Partner reserve the absolute right to revise, modify, or update the clauses of this Privacy Policy at any time and periodically.

For any material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will publish a prominent pop-up notice on the front-end homepage of this Application, transmit an SMS reminder to your registered mobile number, or issue an email notification. Once published, the updated Privacy Policy automatically supersedes the legacy version and applies to all personal data held and processed by us.

If you maintain your account in an active status, or continue to open, access, or use our credit products and any platform services after updates to the policy have been published, such actions shall constitute your careful reading, full comprehension, and explicit voluntary acceptance of, approval of, and commitment to be bound by all clauses of the updated Privacy Policy.

XII. USER CONSENT AND EXPLICIT AUTHORIZATION CONFIRMATION

By actively providing your personal data, checking the "I have read and agree" checkbox on the Application interface, and continuing to utilize the credit services provided by this Application and our Lending Partner, you represent your online validation and grant to us the highest tier of explicit legal authorization and warranty as follows:

1.You solemnly confirm to us and our Lending Partner that, to the best of your knowledge, all identity, financial, and employment information filled out, submitted, and uploaded by you on the platform is absolutely true, accurate, current, and complete, and contains no intentional omissions, false exaggerations, or identity misrepresentations;

2.You formally authorize the Company and our Lending Partner to verify and cross-match the authenticity of all information submitted by you through lawful and compliant channels, including third-party credit bureaus, government verification registries, or your stated employer's corporate telephone lines;

3.You are fully aware of and consent to our secure sharing and transmission of your personal data among necessary stakeholders—including the platform technology operator (the Company), the lender (Lending Partner), specific affiliates, and licensed clearing channels—in accordance with all terms outlined in this Privacy Policy;

4.You warrant and guarantee in the most serious manner: that prior to submitting the names, relationships, and telephone numbers of all emergency contacts and references manually declared by you during the loan application flow, you have actively obtained the explicit knowledge, consent, and separate authorization of such individuals. You have clearly informed them that they have been listed as your credit references and are aware that this Application or our Lending Partner may contact them within compliant boundaries for background verification or to establish emergency contact if you become unreachable.

If you disagree with any terms within this Privacy Policy, or do not accept our processing modalities regarding your personal information, please DO NOT click the consent button, immediately cease any further actions within this Application, immediately uninstall this Application, and terminate the use of any of our services.

XIII. CONTACT INFORMATION

If you have any structural inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise your compliant application for rectification/access regarding your personal data, need to revoke specific non-core authorizations (such as permissions for location, contacts, camera, or IDFA/GAID access), or hold any formal complaints concerning data privacy, please contact us directly through the following official channels, and we will actively acknowledge, track, and respond within the statutory timeframe required by law:
